Forty percent of people dealing with eviction due to the homeowners
foreclosing are renters. There are many more than a dozen says that need renters to get notifications of eviction. With many households becoming kicked away from properties that they certainly were unaware were
foreclosed, the congress is attempting to come up with a legislation that will protect renters especially when these are usually spending on time on a monthly basis and tend to be totally unaware of every property foreclosure taking place.
A recommended law would entitle the tenant at minimum 90 times alerts to allow them to try to find a brand name new home to live in.
